Red Door Company is dedicated to providing the highest level of service in the industry.

Emergencies include:
  • Fire in your unit
  • Smoke inside your unit
  • Natural gas odor inside your unit (Please call the gas company, then our 24-hour telephone number)
  • Burst pipe or any leaking water (Please turn off the main water valve, then call our 24-hour telephone number)
For non-emergency priority repairs, use our Tenant Portal (*) to initiate service.

Non-emergency priority repairs include:
  • No heat/no air conditioning in the unit
  • Refrigerator failure
  • No hot water in the unit
  • Electrical failure
  • All other repair and maintenance requests are non-emergency, non-priority repair requests.
Please complete a maintenance request via our Tenant Portal (*) and a Red Door Company representative will contact you shortly.


Rent Payments:
  • Make all rent checks payable to Red Door Company.
  • If rent is being paid by multiple tenants, all checks must be received before rent is considered paid.
  • A returned check fee of $25 will be charged for all insufficient fund checks. After one NSF check, only certified funds will be accepted for rental payments.

Deliver rent in an envelope marked "Red Door Company". Use night depository at ALL TIMES. Please do not hand payment to tellers.

These addresses are for RENT PAYMENTS ONLY, and no other correspondence should be mailed or delivered to these addresses. For all correspondence other than rent, please use the following address:
