Full Service

Put your rental property investments on autopilot with our full service property management package. Services include: marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiations, rent collection, accounting, maintenance, repairs, property inspections, lease compliance, lease violations and much more. No other property management company does more while also charging less. You can even choose your payment plan!

Initial Fee Plus Percentage
Pay a one-time flat fee of $395.00 plus 10% of the rent we collect over the duration of the lease ($95/mo minimum).
Contingency Fee Plus Percentage
Pay only if we lease your property. When we sign a lease, pay half of first month's rent plus 10% of rent collected over the duration of the lease ($95/mo minimum).
