Our team is available and ready to respond 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to emergencies at your rental property. There are four property-related issues that are considered emergencies (see below) because of the immediate threat they pose to your safety and to the property. All other maintenance and repair issues are non-emergencies.

911 First
In the case of a life threatening emergency, always call 911 first. Next, call our 24-hour number ( 919-321-0128, Option 4 ) to report your emergency.
Emergencies
Call 911 first for emergencies which include: smoke, fire or natural gas odor inside your unit, burst pipe or any leaking water, and carbon monoxide detector sounding an alarm.
